How would you know if you qualify to get reparations for descendants of slaves in the U.S.?
"Look in the mirror. If you have a black face, you're in the group," said Ari S. Merretazon, northeast regional representive on the board of the National Coalition of Blacks for Reparations in America (N'COBRA).
Besides skin color, Merretazon says other ways include "cultural heritage, spiritual understanding, your way of life.
"You have to decide for yourself," he added.
Tonight, a fiery supporter of reparations for black enslavement, the Rev. Dr. Jeremiah A. Wright, the Chicago pastor of presidential candidate Barack Obama, will deliver the keynote speech for the 18th annual N'COBRA conference at 7 p.m....
