Cops pulling 'teeth out of the public' in Delco death

A state police commander said yesterday that the arrest of two men in connection with a February murder in Delaware County illustrates how cops are becoming the dentists of law enforcement.

"There were many witnesses of this crime, but it's like being a dentist," State Police Capt. David Young said. "We had to go pull teeth out of the public."

Andre P. Frederick, 30, of Wilmington, Del., was killed as he was leaving McKenzie's Brew House on Route 202 near Route 1 in Concord Township on Feb. 23.
