Phillies Notebook: Manuel: Phillies need to land big-time pitcher

The Phillies made their best pitch to land CC Sabathia, but didn't have the minor leaguers to match up with a blue-chip prospect like Matt LaPorta.
They weren't sold on Rich Harden, thanks to six stints on the disabled list and some warning signs there might be another in his future.
But the front office still thinks it needs a pitcher.
And yesterday, Charlie Manuel made it clear that he agrees.
"I think we need a big guy," Manuel said. "I think we need a horse. Somebody to go with [Cole] Hamels. If that can be [Brett] Myers, that's fine. Really. That's OK. But we need a blue-chip pitcher. We need a top of the order, proven, big winner."
The question: Is there such a player remaining?
