Screen Actors Guild taps "21 Grams", "Mystic River" for awards

LOS ANGELES (AFP) — Most nominated films in the latest Screen Actors Guild Awards were Clint Eastwood's "Mystic River" and "The Station Agent", and "21 Grams" by Mexican director Alejandro Gonazalez Inarritu.

"Mystic River" and "The Station Agent " won three nominations apiece from SAG, with two nominations for "21 Grams" the latest film by Gonzalez Inarritu who won acclaim with his debut film "Amores Perros" nominated for best film Oscar in 2001.

"21 Grams" -- said to be the weight of the soul that lifts from us when we die -- is a story of lives that come together around a fatal accident portraying extremes of love and revenge.

The film's principal actors are Benicio Del Toro, who won best supporting male actor Oscar for his role in "Traffic", three times...
