LONDON (AFP) ? Premiership new boys Norwich signed Sweden winger Mattias Jonson for an undisclosed fee.
Jonson, a 30-year-old attacking midfielder, agreed a two-year deal at Carrow Road after passing a medical.
Formerly of Danish side Brondby, Jonson has won 41 Sweden caps and featured in all four of their matches at Euro 2004.
Norwich manager Nigel Worthington told the club's official website, www. canaries.co.uk: "I am delighted to have got Mattias to sign for Norwich City. He is an attacking player with great pace and good experience.
"He had an exceptional Euro 2004 and will add quality to what we've already got."
