Alomar returns to White Sox

CHICAGO (AFP) ? For the second time in as many seasons, the Chicago White Sox have traded for Roberto Alomar, a 12-time All-Star second baseman who joins his older brother Sandy on the Major League Baseball club's roster.

Alomar, who has played for six clubs in the past decade, was obtained from the Arizona Diamondbacks here Thursday for a player to be named and cash considerations.
