Patriot games: New England shoots for 19 straight win

FOXBORO, United States (AFP) — The New England Patriots seek to make National Football League history on Sunday against the Miami Dolphins when they go for their 19th straight win.

New England can set the record when they host the Dolphins, who are off to an 0-4 start for the first time since their inaugural 1966 season.

The Pats have already tied the NFL record held by five other teams, including the 1972-73 Dolphins.

The Patriots won both meetings from the Dolphins last season, including a 12-0 shutout in the snow here on December 7.

Miami quarterbacks have thrown three interceptions that have been returned for touchdowns this season. They had three in the previous 24 games entering this season.

The Seattle Seahawks have never opened 4-0...
