Hiddink hits out at PSV racism 'slur'

EINDHOVEN, Netherlands (AFP) — PSV Eindhoven coach Guus Hiddink has angrily dismissed fears that Arsenal's black players could face a repeat of the racist abuse they received the last time the Gunners played in the Philips Stadium.
The Dutch club was fined 20,488 Euros by UEFA in 2002 after a 4-0 Champions League defeat by Arsenal was marred by projectiles being thrown on to the pitch and the racist taunting of Thierry Henry by some supporters.
Arsenal return here on Wednesday with concerns over racism in football running high in the wake of the abuse received by England's black players during a friendly against Spain in Madrid last week.
