SEVILLE, Spain (AFP) — Spain won the Davis Cup for only the second time as Carlos Moya beat Andy Roddick to give them an unassailable 3-1 lead over the United States.

Moya beat Roddick 6-2, 7-6 (7/1), 7-6 (7/5) to leave the 31-times Davis Cup champions without a victory in the tournament since 1995.
