GLASGOW (AFP) — Celtic's Scottish Cup 3rd Round tie with Rangers has been switched to January 9, after TV broadcasters failed to get agreement from the police for a Friday kick-off.
The last meeting between the clubs led to trouble and Celtic striker Henri Camara and Nacho Novo of Rangers could be punished for their part in what was dubbed 'The game of shame'.
Both players could face suspension after television evidence when the Scottish Football Association's disciplinary committee meet on Tuesday.
Camara appeared to aim a kick at on-loan Liverpool defender Gregory Vignal, while Novo could be banned for stamping on Stephen Pearson's neck - an incident he claimed was accidental.
