Judge rules that Jackson's ex-wife Rowe can testify at child sex trial

LOS ANGELES (AFP) — The judge in Michael Jackson's child sex trial ruled that the star's ex-wife Debbie Rowe can testify in the high profile case.
The key ruling that Jackson's second wife can give potentially damaging evidence came in what was expected to be the last week of prosecution case in the pop icon's trial.
"I will admit testimony in that case" from Rowe, Judge Rodney Melville said adding however that he would seek ways to limit the scope of her evidence.
Prosecutors have said they expect a "significant witness" to testify against Jackson as early as Thursday as they wrap up their case.
