Police suspect more involved in Cambodian school siege that killed one child

SIEM REAP, Cambodia (AFP) — Cambodian authorities said they suspected more men may have been involved in this week's school siege where an armed gang took dozens of children hostage and killed a young boy.

Police requested that the four men arrested for the attack not immediately be sent to court as authorities continued grilling them over Thursday's incident, which shocked this quiet gateway town to the Angkor Wat temples.

"We have to find out more in case there were other people involved who remain at large and may commit crimes on other people," said Ou Em, bureau chief of serious crime in Cambodia's northwestern Siem Reap.

"I have asked the prosecutors to delay sending them to court for 72 hours (from their arrest on Thursday) because I have more things...
