Newcastle rule out Bellamy loan

LONDON (AFP) — Celtic have been told to stump up cash if they want to take unsettled Newcastle striker Craig Bellamy next season.
The fiery Welsh international spent the second half of last season on loan at the Glasgow giants after a bitter fall-out with Magpies manager Graeme Souness.
Celtic are keen to take him back to Scotland on loan for another season but Newcastle chairman Freddy Shepherd has ruled out that option and wants a permanent deal for the 25-year-old.
"We won't be letting him go on loan again," he told Wednesday's edition of the Daily Record.
" We played fair with everyone by letting him go to Celtic on loan since the start of the year but we wouldn't and couldn't do that again.
