Seattle re-signs all-star guard Allen

SEATTLE, United States (AFP) — Seattle guard Ray Allen has agreed to a five-year deal with the SuperSonics for a reported 85 million dollars with performance bonuses.
This report is according to the ESPN sports channel.
Allen cannot sign a contract until the league's player movement moratorium is lifted. That is not expected to occur before July 22.
Allen, who had been pursued by Cleveland, Atlanta and the Los Angeles Clippers this offseason, joined Seattle in 2003 in a trade that sent fellow guard Gary Payton to Milwaukee.
