LONDON (AFP) — Former British prime minister Margaret Thatcher was a workaholic whose punishing regime in her Downing Street office has taken its toll on her health, her daughter said.
"I saw how hard she worked to get the job. Then saw she was a workaholic when she got the job," Carol Thatcher told other contestants on ITV1 television's game show "I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!"
Thatcher "fille", 52, is one of 10 so-called celebrities -- mainly "resting" former soap stars or pop singers whose stars have faded -- as they cope with life exposed to the elements in the Australian rain forest.
