Beckham still to speak to Ferguson after United exit

LONDON (AFP) — England captain David Beckham has said that more than two years after he left Manchester United he has not spoken to the club's manager Sir Alex Ferguson since the day he left to join Real Madrid.
In an interview published in Monday's edition of The Times newspaper, to coincide with the launch of his soccer school, the 29-year-old midfielder also appeared to rule out a return to the English Premiership.
And he said he hoped former United team-mate Roy Keane, who recently made his own controversial departure from Old Trafford, would be remembered fondly by the club's fans.
