KLOSTERS, Switzerland (AFP) — Prince Charles opened a bridge and bypass in the eastern Swiss Alpine resort of Klosters that is meant to help road traffic avoid his favourite winter holiday destination.
The 355 million Swiss franc (230 million euros) bypass inaugurated by the Prince of Wales, who is known for his strong environmental beliefs, is expected to draw more than three quarters of road traffic away from the small town's picturesque centre.

Charles has travelled to Klosters for skiing holidays for more than 20 years.
