Mourinho more worried about bird flu than Manchester United

LONDON (AFP) — Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has said he is more concerned about bird flu than about the prospect of being overtaken in the Premiership by Manchester United.

Mourinho has seen his team's 15-point lead whittled down to just seven and Chelsea go into Sunday's game against West Ham with rival Sir Alex Ferguson believing the title race is back on in England.

But Mourinho, making a rare appearance at a pre-match press conference at Chelsea's Cobham training ground, sought to play down the situation in inimitable style.

Brushing aside suggestions that his team, who have lost to Fulham and drawn at Birmingham in their last two matches, were under pressure he turned attention to the discovery of a swan found with avian flu in Scotland this week....
