WASHINGTON (AFP) — A political campaign forecast to result in across-the-board political losses for US President George W. Bush's Republican Party officially gets under way, with polls showing voter fatigue with the war in Iraq and a yearning for change. Although campaigning is now a year-long affair, by tradition Labor Day marks the formal beginning of a political season every election year.
