Bung scandal overblown says Keegan

GLASGOW (AFP) — Former England boss Kevin Keegan said the bung scandal engulfing English football was a storm in a tea cup. Though Keegan managed Newcastle, Fulham and Manchester United in a high-profile career he said he never once came across irregular payments in more than 13 years in management.

The 55-year-old also believes the claims made in the BBC Panorama programme `Undercover: Football's Dirty Secrets' lack substance.
