ATLANTA, United States (AFP) — Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick could face charges after a water bottle with a hidden compartment was taken for analysis by security officials at Miami International Airport. A police report said that a "residue closely associated with marijuana" was contained in the compartment after authorities confiscated the bottle Wednesday.

No charges were filed by a crime lab in analyzing the bottle. The Falcons, who have missed the playoffs the past two years after Vick led them one game from the Super Bowl in the 2004 season, released a statement saying team officials will speak with Vick regarding the incident.
