Website sued over topless Aniston pics

LOS ANGELES (AFP) — Celebrity gossip columnist Perez Hilton is being sued over a topless image of actress Jennifer Aniston that appeared on his popular blog, court documents showed Thursday.
Universal Studios alleged in a federal lawsuit that the image displayed on the perezhilton.com website was taken and stolen during filming of Aniston's romantic comedy "The Break-Up" last year.
The photo was either a still or a production photo from the film, and was "misappropriated and illegally copied," the federal lawsuit alleges.
Hilton, whose real name is Mario Lavandeira, was not immediately available for comment. Universal is seeking damages and an order barring Hilton from showing the image.
