Shia LeBeouf, Rosario Dawson, Michelle Monaghan in new thriller

LOS ANGELES (AFP) — Rising stars Shia LaBeouf, Rosario Dawson and Michelle Monaghan will feature in a new thriller planned by Dreamworks studio entitled "Eagle Eye," Hollywood industry media reported on Tuesday.

LaBeouf, 21, who starred in "Transformers," and Michelle Monaghan, 31, from "Mission Impossible 3" will play two people framed by terrorists, according to Variety.

Rosario Dawson, 28, who recently appeared in Quentin Tarantino's "Death Proof," will play a law enforcment officer pursuing the couple.

Filming is due to begin soon for the project which will be directed by D.J. Caruso, who scored a surprise success with "Disturbia" that also featured LaBeouf.

The movie script is based on an original idea by Steven Spielberg, Variety said.
