SAN FRANCISCO, United States (AFP) — Barry Bonds smashed his 761st career home run as the San Francisco Giants rallied from a three-run, first inning deficit to beat Milwaukee 11-6.

Bonds finished two-for-four with a run-batted-in (RBI) single and a one-run homer in the fourth inning off Brewers pitcher Chris Capuano.

The Brewers scored three times in the first, but the Giants responded in a huge way, sending 11 men to the plate and scoring six times in the bottom half of the inning against righthanded pitcher Claudio Vargas.
