Norway's Pettersen grabs lead at LPGA Longs Drugs Challenge

SAN FRANCISCO (AFP) — Suzann Pettersen fired a season best eight-under 64 to take a one-stroke lead after the third round of the USLPGA Longs Drugs Challenge on Saturday.
"I had a goal actually to make a move after the first round, so it's been two great days," Pettersen said. "I am just kind of playing what I have and grinding in a few putts."
Norway's Pettersen, who is seeking her third LPGA Tour title of 2007, is at 12-under 204 and has a one-stroke lead over Canada's Lorie Kane, who shot 67 Saturday.
Mexico's Lorena Ochoa also shot 67 and is in third place, just two strokes adrift of Pettersen.
Ochoa and Pettersen are the only two golfers to have won more than one tournament this year.
