Airbus to announce site sales on December 10: company source

PARIS (AFP) — European plane maker Airbus plans to announce the buyers of the six factories it has put up for sale in the middle of December, a company source told AFP on Tuesday.
"The Airbus management plans to announce its decision on the sites during a meeting of the European works council on December 10," said trade unionist and co-president of the European works council, Horst Niehus.
The European works council is a forum that brings together workers' representatives and management.
