AMMAN (AFP) — Twenty-one people were killed and more than 30 injured on Saturday in a bus crash on the road between the Jordanian capital and the northern city of Irbid, police said.
"A bus collided with another heavy vehicle on the Amman-Irbid road, resulting in 21 people dead and 33 injured," spokesman Major Mohammed Khatib told AFP, updating an earlier casualty toll.
