Raptors rally with win over Heat but Bargnani hurt

MIAMI (AFP) — The Toronto Raptors snapped a three-game skid with a victory over the hapless Miami Heat on on Wednesday, despite a scary collision for Italian forward Andrea Bargnani.

Rasho Nesterovic scored 16 points to lead five Toronto players in double figures in a 108-83 victory over the Heat in a National Basketball Association contest.

The Raptors came into the game having lost three consecutive games and playing without injured All-Star Chris Bosh.

But Toronto seized a 25-10 lead in the first quarter and led 53-42 at halftime. They put the game out of reach in the third quarter, despite the premature departure of Bargnani.
