Rescuers search for survivors after New York crane collapse

NEW YORK (AFP) — Rescue workers used thermal imaging devices and sniffer dogs Sunday in the search for victims of a construction crane collapse that killed four people in New York city, officials said.

The towering crane crashed onto a residential building on Manhattan's east side on Saturday, killing at least four people and injuring more than a dozen others in the middle of a sunny afternoon, officials said.
