Mills may contest McCartney divorce gag: lawyer

LONDON (AFP) — Paul McCartney's estranged wife Heather Mills may try to get the gagging order lifted on court transcripts from their divorce battle, her lawyer has said.
"Everyone looks for closure," said her lawyer David Rosen said on Tuesday. "The question is whether Heather Mills has that closure or not.
"If things are being said about you, you should have a right to reply.
"As to how best to make that reply, that's a matter for her to consider."
The full transcripts from their divorce judgement last month, in which Mills was awarded 24.3 million pounds (48 million dollars, 30.8 million euros), were held back under the terms of a gagging order.
