Michael Moore making sequel to "Fahrenheit 9/11"

CANNES (AFP) — Outspoken US documentary film-maker Michael Moore is making a sequel to "Fahrenheit 9/11", his scathing indictment of President George W. Bush's war on terrorism that won the Cannes prize for best film in 2004.
Film trade papers Variety and Hollywood Reporter said Moore was expected in Cannes during the 12-day festival starting Wednesday to shop the project to international buyers.
The project is being co-financed and co-produced by Paramount Vantage and Overture Films and is to be released in 2009, Variety said.
The sequel, as yet untitled, would pick up where "Fahrenheit" left off, with Bush's popularity falling and the Iraq war continuing.
