Marion Cotillard, 'Borat' stars among new Oscars voters

LOS ANGELES (AFP) — French actress Marion Cotillard and "Borat" creator Sacha Baron Cohen are among a list of 105 people invited to join the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, the Academy said Monday.
Cotillard, a popular winner at this year's Oscars for her startling portrayal of Edith Piaf in "La Vie En Rose," was among seven actors asked to join the ranks of the Academy's voting membership.
Other actors included "No Country for Old Men" star Josh Brolin, who will reappear in cinemas later this year as President George W. Bush in Oliver Stone's "W," Chinese martial arts icon Jet Li and British actor Ray Winstone, most recently seen in the fourth "Indiana Jones" film.
