LONDON (AFP) — Rain delayed the start of Wimbledon men's quarter-finals day at the All England Club on Wednesday.
Play was scheduled to get underway at 1200GMT but forecasters said the showers were expected to continue until around 1500GMT.
Top seed and five-time defending champion Roger Federer was facing Croatia's Mario Ancic with Britain's Andy Murray to follow on Centre Court against Spanish second seed Rafael Nadal.
On Court One, Marat Safin was facing Feliciano Lopez while Rainer Schuettler was taking on Arnaud Clement in a battle of the veterans.
