Choi back to defend title at AT and T National

BETHESDA, Maryland (AFP) — KJ Choi returns to try and defend his title but he will have a posse of hot talent on his tail including US Open runnerup Rocco Mediate at the six-million dollar PGA AT and T National.

Last season, South Korea's Choi defeated Steve Stricker by three strokes for an impressive win at the Congressional Country Club.

Stricker is the highest ranked player in the field and he will look to finish one spot better this week and pick up his first win since the Barclays to start last season's Fed Ex Cup Playoffs.
