MLB teams have little interest in disgraced slugger Bonds

NEW YORK (AFP) — Major League Baseball clubs are showing little interest in signing disgraced home-run king Barry Bonds, agent Jeff Borris said on Monday.

"I am not optimistic any team will approach me about Barry before the (July 31) trading deadline," Borris said.

Speaking from MLB's all-star game festivities in New York, Borris said the Bonds is willing to play for the league minimum salary of 390,000 dollars.
