English clubs chase Fortune

LONDON (AFP) — South Africa midfielder Quinton Fortune is being chased by Portsmouth and Ipswich as the former Manchester United star looks for a new club, his agent said Thursday.
Fortune was released by Bolton at the end of last season following an injury-ravaged spell at the Reebok Stadium.
But the 31-year-old's agent Hayden Evans claims Premier League club Portsmouth and Championship outfit Ipswich have both expressed interest in his services.
"Quinton is definitely looking for a club and there is interest from a few sides," Evans told Skysports. "Portsmouth have made an enquiry and we are waiting to see what comes of that.
"Ipswich have also shown an interest and there are several others who are keen on Quinton.
