False plates cannot save naked driver from Belgian police

BRUSSELS (AFP) — Police pulled over a Belgian man overnight Thursday as he was driving naked in a car with stolen Dutch licence plates, which he had put there to avoid being traced, Belga news agency reported.
A member of the public spotted the 25-year-old exhibitionist driver in the eastern province of Liege and alerted the police. Officers caught him just as he was putting the real Belgian plates back on the vehicle.
To better cover his back, he had placed different Dutch plates on the front and back of his car.
The Liege prosecutors office was looking into the matter, Belga reported.
