Big Brother's Goody in India for 'reality' show

MUMBAI (AFP) — Jade Goody, a former contestant on British TV's "Big Brother," arrived in India on Friday reportedly to appear in a similar show hosted by the Bollywood star whom she was accused of racially taunting.

Goody sparked an international row during her time on Big Brother by leading a verbal attack on fellow contestant Shilpa Shetty, calling the Indian actress "Shilpa Poppadom" and poking fun at her cooking.

The former dental nurse was evicted through an audience vote from the show, which Shetty ultimately won.

Goody, 27, was on Friday whisked away by the organisers of India's "Big Boss" show after she landed in Mumbai, an AFP photographer said.
