Like that Humvee? Just carjack it. Looking for some female companionship? Pick up a prostitute in the red-light district for a red-light special. But each of your actions has consequences. Start shooting pedestrians, and the cops will do their best to bring you in. Shoot a cop, and his buddies will call in the FBI; kill an FBI agent, and the military will pull out all the stops to take you down. With extreme prejudice.
