N.J. says car dealer cheated customers

The Cherry Hill Triplex auto dealerships have famously advertised $8,000 guaranteed for trade-ins and no credit checks for customers.
The state Attorney General's Office said those offers were too good to be true.
The office and the state Division of Consumer Affairs on Monday sued Foulke Management Corp., owned by Charles W. Foulke Jr., for violating consumer regulations at the dealerships.
Foulke does business as Cherry Hill Triplex, one of the region's most visible names in car sales. It operates Cherry Hill Dodge, Cherry Hill Jeep Eagle, Cherry Hill Kia, Cherry Hill Mitsubishi, and Mount Ephraim Chrysler/Dodge.
