Marc Schaffel is about to go to the jury, M.J.'s former beloved missus Debbie Rowe, who incubated Jackson children Prince Michael Joseph Jackson, 9, and Paris-Michael Katherine Jackson, 8, has filed a lawsuit against Michael in L.A. Superior Court.
Deb wants an immediate judgment of $195,000 for lawyer fees and $50,000 in living expenses so she can continue an earlier suit she filed to recover payments she says Jackson promised her upon their '99 divorce.
