IN THE REGION GlaxoSmithKline to buy maker of Breathe Right strips GlaxoSmithKline P.L.C. said yesterday that it would buy CNS Inc., Minneapolis, maker of Breathe Right nasal strips. The British drug company, with a U.S. headquarters in Philadelphia, said the deal valued at $566 million gives it global products with potential for "pipeline innovation," meaning new products.
