N.J. Mart owners face possible eviction

Months after being moved from the Pennsauken Mart and weeks after opening their businesses at the new Grand Marketplace in Willingboro, the Mart merchants may be tossed out - again. They have been told by Marketplace officials that they have to pay the construction costs of their new shops by Monday or get out.
Keith Ludwick, general manager of the shopping center, said about 35 merchants who moved from the defunct Pennsauken Mart were promised relocation money by the Camden County Improvement Authority and have not received it. The CCIA purchased the Mart to redevelop the site and owes the merchants hundreds of thousands of dollars.
