If you think Eddie Jones loves toting these heavy minutes around in Dwyane Wade's absence, you're more wrong than the "Dewey Defeats Truman" headline writer for the Chicago Tribune in 1948.

"I can't wait until [Wade] comes back," Jones said Thursday. "That means my minutes will go down."

Jones will get his wish soon enough. Wade returned to practice last week with the Heat for the first time since separating his shoulder in Houston on Feb. 21. And he's hoping - no, he's insisting - on playing in at least a couple of regular-season games before Miami begins its quest to defend its championship. He'll likely get his wish in the next week or so.
