Bali high I Wayan Dibia, a master of Topeng, Balinese masked dance/theater, will be the featured performer Sunday at Swarthmore College's Gamelan Semara Santi Spring Concert. Music and dance of Bali, Indonesia, will be performed at 3:30 p.m. in the Scott Amphitheater (500 College Ave.) at Swarthmore. Gamelan Semara Santi also will offer a workshop in masked dance and theater techniques, taught by I Wayan Dibia, at 4 p.m. Saturday (Lang Music Building). Information: 610-328-8000.
