To hear Kammie Anderson talk, it was just another day in Philadelphia.
Four shootings in 15 hours?
"That's nothing," she said in a bitterly sarcastic tone. "That's a good day. That's nothing to write home about."
Anderson, 42, mother of a 19-year-old shot dead in Philadelphia several years ago, stood leaning against a sign post yesterday afternoon at the corner of North Sydenham and York streets in North Philadelphia.
One block to the west of her, at York and 16th Street, two people had just been gunned down. Ronald Kennel, 54, of the 1300 block of Cambria Street was mortally wounded by a shot to the head and died later at Temple University Hospital, where a woman shot at the same time remained...
