Baseball Notable Hall of Famer  Bobby Doerr  said farewell to Fenway Park yesterday.

Saying he might not be up to another cross-country trip to the ballpark where played his entire career, the 89-year-old second baseman was saluted before the Boston Red Sox beat Baltimore, 7-4.

Doerr, who played 14 seasons for the Red Sox, lives in Illahe, Ore. He was accompanied by his former double-play partner,  Johnny Pesky , now a Red Sox instructor, and pitcher  Dave "Boo" Ferriss .

Doerr was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1986.

In the win over the Orioles,  Manny Ramirez  drove in the 1,585th run of his career, passing  Rogers Hornsby  and  Harmon Killebrew  and moving into 32d place. The Red Sox also...
