Lindstrom  as chairman for a two-year term that began Jan. 1. He is president and chief executive officer of Franklin Bank, Pilesgrove, N.J.

LiquidHub Inc. , King of Prussia, a systems integrator and technology consultancy, named  Mike Mikolajczyk  to its board. He is a cofounder of Diamond Technology Partners, Chicago. Third-Order Nanotechnologies Inc. , Wilmington, a technology company focused on the development of electro-optic polymer materials, appointed  William Pickett  to its board.
