Sports in Brief: Love leaving UCLA to enter NBA draft

UCLA's  Kevin Love  is NBA-bound. Less than two weeks after leading the Bruins to the Final Four, the all-American freshman announced yesterday that he plans to skip his final three college seasons and enter the NBA draft. Teammate  Russell Westbrook , a sophomore guard, also will enter the draft.

The 6-foot-10 Love led the Bruins in scoring (17.5 points) and rebounds (10.6). Brandon Rush  and  Darrell Arthur , two of NCAA basketball champion Kansas' biggest stars, decided to enter the NBA draft. Rutgers finalized its 2008 football schedule, adding a home game against Morgan State on Sept. 27.
