Yesterday, Conectiv and three contractors on the project agreed to pay the four men $1.65 million to settle a racial-harassment lawsuit filed on their behalf by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Conectiv and the three contractors admit no wrongdoing in settling the case, and lawyers for the three contractors could not be reached for comment yesterday afternoon.
